After bringing from market do not eat raw dates since they may carry dirt/preservatives/ PVC granules attached.
Steps to be followed:-
I- Take 10-15 dates in a tea pan/utencil.
II- Mix appx half glass water
III- keep on the gas stove/burner for 1 minute till water become hot( more than warm)
IV- Cool down the pan
V- Put a spoon/fork in the pan and with the help of that spoon take out the dates in separate bowl
VI- Take a knife and carefully cut down and separate the seeds of the date.
VII-Now the dates are ready. You can also pack these alongwith lunch box of baby.
If do no cleaned the dates Fever may develop
